OpenAI限制免费账号（Free Tier）使用gpt-5.3-codex 和 gpt-5.4
2026-03-10 上午发现本地 codex 无法调用 cpa 服务器的 api，于是上 cpa 服务器查看了一下账号，发现已经无法使用 gpt5.4 了。同时 github 和 openai 社区也有反馈免费账号（Free Tier）的用户无法使用 gpt-5.3-codex 和 gpt-5.4。

一、本地 codex 异常
上 cpa 服务器发现 Auth Files 中的免费账号已经全部移除了 gpt-5.3-codex 和 gpt-5.4 这两个模型，最新可用的 coding 只剩下 gpt-5.2-codex 了。

If you're a paid subscriber and are not able to access gpt-5.3-codex or gpt-5.4, please look at my request here. we're looking for a few more affected users to post their user IDs. This will help us investigate.

We’ve limited access to our latest models (gpt-5.3-codex and gpt-5.4) to paid subscriptions. This is necessary to ensure capacity for paid subscribers. If you’re on a Free plan, you can still use Codex with other models including gpt-5.2-codex.
三、其它
目前社区有很多针对 gpt free tier 用户的注册机，已经在 B 站、抖音等渠道被传开，通过注册机可以堆号来实现 gpt-5.3-codex 或者 gpt-5.4 无限 token 的漏洞。官方这一操作也算是 仁义 了（虽然本人也在使用），否则可以针对注册 ip、注册邮箱、注册时间等特征对这些 注册机 账号批量封禁。
